We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for our rehab facility to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through specialized rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, and a commitment to delivering personalized care to each patient.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the rehabilitation process Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy

Qualifications and Skills:
