Rig Up II Pleasanton, TX 78064 EnerCorp is a private equity sponsored oilfield services company with operations in Canada and the United States. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Rig Up II with CDL position involves driving to/from customer locations and assisting the Rig Up team with manual labor in a district facility or on location with rigging-up/rigging down operations and/or any job tasks considered appropriate and necessary by management. Employee works in one or more areas, including, but not limited to, maintenance, repair and other functions. Specific Responsibilities Drives trucks and trailers to and from customer locations May drive pole truck to and from customer locations and operates it while on site using another employee as a swamper and spotter Ensures truck is in good working order and keeps up with truck maintenance Performs Pre- and Post-Job inspection and stay in compliance with Texas DOT laws Follows all safety procedures for self and others while operating trucks and assisting with Rig Up Assist and lead rig up crews when necessary and act as back up when Rig Up Supervisor is out Works effectively as a team member with other members of the organization. Must have the ability to jump in and help solve situations when employees need assistance. Assists junior crew members with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to their duties. Performs initial completions, remedial or downhole maintenance operations Assists in removing or installing well head and associated equipment Lifts, attaches, installs, and works with matting boards and associated well equipment such as rod strippers, polish rods and pumps Cleans up spills May work in shop or yard as required when not in the field Reports safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to rig operator or supervisor Drives company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrains, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, and off-road situations including two track roads as needed Ensures that safety protocols are always followed 1.2 Education, Training, and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of three years Rig-Up experience with at least one year as a Pole Truck Driver Must possess Class A CDL Hands on experience with repair and assembly work Experience in oil & gas/industrial setting preferred At least one-year experience as a commercial driver 1.3 Skills and Abilities Must be able to work with little to no supervision, executing work based on established expectations and SOPs. Ability to perform equipment maintenance as well as troubleshooting/diagnostic skills. Working knowledge of proper and safe use of equipment. Energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify top priorities in a high-volume multitask work environment and the ability to determine critical few and know when to communicate issues and escalate them for decision- making.

Can lift and carry up to 100 lbs max Can do 200 lb push/pull Ability to climb a ladder Able to do a 50-lb overhead lift Repetitive turning, like a choke wheel or well head valve Ability to climb in and out of truck's cab Able to swing 8 lb. sledgehammer Sitting, bending, standing, walking, and driving 8-12 hours per day Pass the required physical examination and drug screen Able to work in weather elements day or night-time The employee must be adaptable to the unique work conditions that consist of long and irregular hours and changes in locations of work assignments. This position requires working in the field setting majority of the time with various conditions consisting of: wet, cold, and/or humid conditions at well sites, working near moving mechanical parts, vibration, loud noise, potential fumes or airborne particles, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals where proper PPE must be donned While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to hear and communicate without hindrance and is regularly required to use hands to hold, handle or feel; reach with hand and arms, talk or hear and taste or smell Must be willing and able to work extended shifts as necessary to meet multiple deadlines Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus 3.0 OTHER Clean driving record, verified by MVA report Flexible and able to adapt to our dynamic work environment.
