Qualifications and Skills:

Current, active Texas OT license required Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings, is highly preferred Strong proficiency in providing individualized therapy, conducting assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 22 students across three schools Maintain all required IEP/ARD documentation and participate in ARD meetings Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop data-driven plans of care Provide therapy sessions in designated conference rooms; must supply your own therapy materials and equipment Collaborate effectively with educational staff, students, and their families to support student development What to
