Occupational Therapist - Nursing Home- San Angelo, TX cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist.
SIGN ON BONUS
$200 Come Join Our Team! $70 hour+ DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available) Schedule 8 am to 5pm M-F with some flexibility to do assessments
Responsibilities:
Complete Occupational therapy assessments. Perform treatments, creates home based plans, monitoring of plans for implementation and effectiveness.. Attend client centered meetings or provides information when needed. Performs skills based competency training for staff Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including participating in team meetings, training clients and staff, and quality electronic record documentation. Requirements All certifications must be current and remain as such while providing services at the Facility Maintain current Occupational Therapist license with the State of Texas. Maintain CEUs for licensure. Must be in "good standing with Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance
