! United Rehab is looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team. Ideal candidates will be FULL TIME, however PRN positions are available.
Job Summary:
The occupational therapist is a qualified professional person who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the home and clinic.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure or certification by the state of Texas as a Certified Occupational Therapist Some of the
Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct evaluations and complete evaluation reports
  • Plan activities and provide occupational therapy services
  • Record type of treatment and patient's reaction to it on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly.
  • Maintain adequate records on all patient's, including summary reports
  • Confirm, on a weekly basis, the scheduling of visits with the Patient Care Coordinator to coordinate necessary visits with other personnel
Pay:
Up to $100.00 per hour
License/Certification:
Occupational Therapy License (Preferred)
