Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and current OT licensure. Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred. Solid understanding of IEP documentation and implementation. Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation. Conduct assessments and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support. Maintain regular documentation and progress reports in line with school policies. Deliver both direct and consultative OT services based on student needs. Remain flexible and responsive to varying caseloads and priorities during the coverage period.
