We are currently looking for a PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children and families in Southeast Dallas , with caseload opportunities ready to go. What Makes This PRN Opportunity Stand Out Flexible PRN scheduling Southeast Dallas caseloads ready to go Competitive compensation Supportive pediatric leadership and team collaboration Family-centered care in the child's natural environment Perks at Work discount program, including savings on wellness, fitness, travel, entertainment, and more What You'll Do As a Pediatric OT, you will: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs, goals, and family priorities Provide direct occupational therapy services in the home setting Support skill development across daily routines, including self-care, play, fine motor, sensory, motor planning, and functional participation Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on how to use strategies in everyday life Partner closely with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover between visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Home health experience is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families A detail-oriented, compassionate, and dependable approach to care Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed Additional Perks and Support Online training platform with 1,000+ professional development videos Employee recognition and spotlight programs Referral program with up to $5,000 incentive Additional benefits may be available for employees working 32+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and more.
