Key Qualifications:

Active COTA certification and Utah state licensure Strong preference for prior school-based or pediatric OT/COTA experience Proven ability to work independently and with a clinical team Comfortable commuting between multiple local school sites Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Dedication to supporting student success in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:
