What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll play a key role in collaboration with other evidence-based practices in helping clients build confidence, independence, and joy in their daily lives. You'll evaluate, plan, and deliver high‑quality OT services while working closely with an enthusiastic, supportive team. Clinical Evaluation, Treatment & Care Management Complete comprehensive evaluations using both standardized and creative, play‑based tools. Identify strengths and challenges impacting daily living, participation, and independence. Develop individualized, occupation‑centered plans of care that honor client and caregiver priorities. Provide direct intervention that is engaging, meaningful, and evidence‑informed. Track progress, adjust strategies, and collaborate on discharge planning. Communicate clearly with caregivers and team members to support coordinated care. Documentation & Recordkeeping Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, etc.). Ensuring documentation reflects skilled intervention and medical necessity. Protect client confidentiality and uphold clinic privacy standards. Supervision & Delegation Provide supportive, thoughtful supervision to COTAs, aides, and students. Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure alignment with the OT plan of care. Review documentation, offer constructive feedback, and complete required co‑signatures. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, educators, caregivers, and medical providers. Participate in team meetings, training, and care coordination activities. Communicate proactively about safety concerns, risks, or barriers to care. Professional Judgment & Time Management Use strong clinical reasoning in all aspects of care. Prioritize direct client care while managing documentation and collaboration time effectively. Meet productivity and timeliness expectations while maintaining quality and compassion. Attendance & Reliability Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Communicate schedule changes or absences according to policy. Accurately track and submit work hours. Ethical, Legal & Policy Compliance Practice in alignment with Utah OT Practice Act, NBCOT, AOTA Code of Ethics, and clinic policies. Maintain active licensure, certification, and continuing education. Follow all IAT quality assurance and compliance standards. Safety & Environment Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy space. Follow safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. Report incidents or concerns promptly. Minimum Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited). Active Utah OT license and national certification. Experience with pediatric and neurodivergent populations preferred. Ability to perform essential physical and clinical duties. Physical & Professional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in movement‑based, floor‑based activities. Ability to respond effectively to clinical and safety needs. Maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Safety/Deescalation, Food Handlers, etc). Pay:

$72,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
