Join a supportive, therapist-owned practice where you'll have the flexibility to build a schedule and caseload that works for you. Our part-time and PRN opportunities are designed for experienced pediatric OTs who value clinical autonomy, individualized care, and a collaborative work environment. Flexible scheduling based on your availability Manageable caseload focused on quality, not volume Clinical autonomy to provide individualized care Administrative support for scheduling and billing Collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, and music therapists What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric clients, including evaluations, treatment, documentation, and caregiver collaboration. Our caseload includes children with a variety of sensory, motor, self-care, regulation, feeding, and developmental needs. Qualifications Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license At least 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and team members Schedule Flexible part-time or PRN scheduling based on your availability, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future. Pay:
$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
