What Will I Do? Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric populations including Developmental Delay, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Genetic and Congenital Disorders, Feeding Disorders, and more. Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to ensure motivating and effective therapy. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible treatment is provided. What Qualifications Do I Need? Completion of Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Active license to practice as an OT in the state of Virginia (or eligible to obtain). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. New grads are welcome!
