Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, VA. This full-time role (Fred location only) focuses on helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence following injury, illness, or surgery. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and functional outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions affecting daily function Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Educate patients on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Support injury prevention, ergonomic training, and wellness initiatives Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or hand therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning, patient care, and education skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$90K - $120K + bonus incentive Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off (PTO) and CME allowance Licensing and credentialing support Simple IRA with employer match
