Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Virginia OT license (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Experience in school-based settings preferred, but new grads welcome Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special education personnel, and families Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, supporting fine motor, sensory, and independence goals Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, with holidays and breaks observed
