The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help them achieve their maximum potential in daily living and working activities. This role will involve working in various settings, including clinics, skilled nursing facilities, acute care, geriatrics, schools, early intervention programs, and outpatient services. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Participate in case management activities to coordinate care effectively. Assist patients in developing skills for daily living and working environments. Experience A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required. State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory. Experience in various settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, acute care, geriatrics, schools, early intervention programs, or outpatient services is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are essential. A passion for helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life is crucial. Pay:
$80.00 - $125.00 per hour
