Qualifications and Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia is required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through high school, in alignment with IEP goals and school protocols Evaluate and assess students functional abilities, develop therapy plans, and document progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, and parents to ensure integrated support Travel between three assigned school locations to deliver consistent services Support classroom participation and independence through tailored interventions and consultative strategies Enjoy a balanced workweek, with 37.5 hours spread across five days.
