Key Qualifications:

Active OT license in Virginia (or ability to obtain) Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Familiarity with IEP processes and progress reporting

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect OT services (11 direct and 8 indirect) Deliver therapy across multiple school sites (2-3 days per week) Offer input for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and progress reports Address make-up sessions for missed services Adapt to diverse school settings and collaborate effectively with educational staff
