Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Hold a current Occupational Therapist license Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff Ability to assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and track progress Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements Conduct evaluations and help determine eligibility for OT supports Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster student growth and independence Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student participation and achievement Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Accurately maintain documentation and progress reports in line with school and district standards Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages each students potential
