Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) required Previous experience or training in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong background in both fine and gross motor skill development Understanding or experience with COTA collaboration in educational settings a plus Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels

What You'll Do:

Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with their IEP goals Conduct evaluations and design intervention plans that foster student growth in fine and gross motor skills Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to integrate therapy strategies in daily classroom activities Supervise and provide input for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) as needed Track progress, maintain thorough and timely records, and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team Adjust interventions and techniques based on ongoing assessment and student progress Be part of an environment where your clinical expertise is valued and your impact is felt daily among students, families, and teams.
