Category Therapy - Skilled - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of children by providing essential occupational therapy services. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Occupational Therapist to offer in-person support and expertise in a dynamic school-based environment near Parksley, VA. This role involves a 37.5-hour workweek, fostering consistency and strong relationships with both students and staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting around 20-25 students, each with unique needs and goals. In this position, you'll supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring high-quality care while collaborating to deliver the best outcomes. You'll oversee and conduct all necessary assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and monitor progress, making a tangible impact every step of the way.
Ideal candidates will bring:
