If you excel at supporting students across a broad range of ages and abilities, this full-time, onsite contract opportunity is designed with your skill set in mind. Youll make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive OT services to a manageable caseload of 20 students, while also taking a leadership role by supervising two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active OT license eligible for work in a school setting Experience or strong interest in serving a K-12 population Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Previous supervisory experience or readiness to mentor COTAs Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct OT services to meet IEP goals in an engaging, school-based setting Oversee and mentor two COTAs, ensuring high-quality support for each student Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulations Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Support the transition and adaptation of students within school routines This contract role offers strong hourly compensation in the $40-$50+ range, based on your experience and qualifications.
