What You'll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist license (Virginia or eligibility for licensure) School-based OT experience preferred but not required Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff Strong communication and documentation skills Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and shifting school assignments Compassion for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
What You'll Do:
