Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and valid Occupational Therapist license for the state Prior experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based OT services Ability to design and implement IEPs and intervention plans for a diverse caseload Strong communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent organizational abilities to manage documentation and therapy schedules Adaptable approach to support students from Pre-K through middle school, with a focus on elementary ages Collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering inclusive learning

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions supporting fine motor, sensory, and developmental goals Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and caregivers to ensure consistency of interventions Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with educational standards Adapt interventions to address a wide variety of student needs, promoting functional independence Provide resources and guidance to promote student participation in classroom and daily activities Imagine making a lasting impact by encouraging children to develop vital life skills in a nurturing educational setting.
