What You'll Do:

Deliver both direct and indirect occupational therapy services according to students' IEPs Assess and evaluate students to identify individual therapy needs Create and implement tailored treatment plans that foster student progress Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure cohesive support Maintain detailed documentation and stay current with state and district requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise toward meaningful goals Offer interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current Virginia OT license or eligibility to obtain one School-based experience is a plus, but entry-level practitioners with a passion for education are encouraged to apply Skillful communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
