This contract role spans four school buildings serving K-12 learners, allowing you to make a real difference from the very start of the school year through to the last day. Key qualifications:

Current Vermont Occupational Therapy (OT) Certificate required Experience working with K-12 populations preferred Strong knowledge of school-based OT best practices, including IEP development and goal tracking Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Adaptability to travel among multiple sites within the district Primary responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through grade 12, across four district schools Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Support the creation and implementation of IEP goals tailored to each students unique needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and administrators to promote student growth and success Maintain thorough records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Stay current on best practices and participate in relevant professional development This full-time contract begins August 26th and extends through June 14th, aligning with the academic calendar to provide consistent services for students.
