Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to develop creative, individualized treatment plans Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students with diverse abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop intervention plans Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt therapy techniques and activities to various learning and physical abilities
