An exciting opportunity awaits an Occupational Therapist interested in supporting K-12 students across a district near Springfield, VT. This contract position involves working across four school buildings, providing services throughout the district. The role is full-time, with 35-37.5 hours per week, and is set to begin August 26, 2026, through June 14, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

Valid and current Vermont Occupational Therapist Certificate required Experience servicing pediatric or school-based populations, ideally K-12 Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services district-wide to students in grades K-12 Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans Document evaluations, progress notes, and relevant paperwork in compliance with school and state guidelines Consult with educational teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Support students' development of functional skills to enhance academic participation and independence Travel between four buildings within the district as part of regular responsibilities
