Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials meeting Washington state requirements Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education documentation Collaborative mindset, with an ability to work within multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Screen, assess, and document students strengths, needs, and progress Develop and implement tailored intervention plans, focused on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills Partner closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students access to curriculum and activities Engage in team meetings, report preparation, and required compliance documentation Provide recommendations for adapted equipment and strategies within the classroom
