Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Washington State ESA certification Current Washington State OT license Successful OSPI fingerprint clearance Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is greatly valued Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students to determine occupational therapy needs that impact classroom performance Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning and independence Document progress and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Provide consultation and training to staff for classroom accommodations and strategies This role offers you the chance to utilize your occupational therapy expertise in a supportive, school-based environment.
