Occupational Therapist (OT)We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services that help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living and functional skills. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Follow patient safety, infection control, and facility protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations. Current NBCOT certification required. Current BLS certification required. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, rehabilitation, and patient assessment. Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
