Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapist

  • OT•Home Health, Everett, WA•13 weeks Local or Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant•COTA Home Health, Everett, WA•Local BR 61.

Shift:

M-F , 8am

  • 5pm, 40 hours per week No on call or weekends 30 units per week No guaranteed hours, FT available Prior HH, Oasis & experience as well as HCHB experience highly preferred Skills Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Required Proof of current CPR certification
  • Required Current driver's license
  • Required Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Required Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Required Education Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
