Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. experience required. One year of home health experience required.

Assignment Details Schedule:

M-F.

Shift Hours:

8-hour shifts. Coverage area includes a 50+ mile radius from the office. Productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
