Qualifications:

Current and active ESA Certificate Valid Washington State Department of Health Occupational Therapy license Experience or strong interest in working within a school or educational setting Knowledge of best practices for school-based Occupational Therapy Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and address OT needs for middle school age students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate OT into classroom strategies Flexibly adapt to the evolving caseload and student needs
