Job Description

Experience a dynamic role as a school-based Occupational Therapist supporting students in the Everson, WA area. This part-time, flexible opportunity allows you to put your expertise to use while nurturing student growth in a collaborative educational environment. Key Qualifications:

Current and active State of Washington Occupational Therapist license Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and staff Ability to design and implement individualized interventions supporting student participation and success Skilled in documenting progress and developing reports in compliance with school and state standards

Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and develop treatment plans to support their educational access and achievement Provide direct occupational therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings Consult with educators and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates on student progress Maintain thorough records of interventions, assessments, and communications Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students can thrive This part-time contract offers a flexible schedule—work 1-2 days per week, 7-14 hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
