Qualifications:

Current Washington state license as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience working in schools preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to assess and implement individualized therapy plans Passion for supporting diverse student populations in achieving their goals

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide direct intervention to improve students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills in the academic environment Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Offer guidance and resources to support the overall educational development of each student Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
