Key Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Washington Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings is highly desired Strong assessment and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff Ability to adapt and individualize therapy approaches for students with varying needs

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal-oriented intervention plans for students requiring OT services Implement therapy sessions individually or in small groups, focusing on motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Consult and collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support student success within classroom environments Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Attend IEP meetings and participate in team discussions to craft the most effective support programs

Position Details:
