The Opportunity Come join the therapy services team at our Mary Bridge Children's outpatient clinic in Gig Harbor, Washington . We're looking for dynamic pediatric OTs for full-time outpatient pediatric positions as part of the Mary Bridge health system network. Preferred clinician qualities include flexibility, reliability, commitment to quality and the ability to operate at the highest level of clinical practice. Preference for experienced clinician with a broad skill set scope. Second language skills highly desirable. New grads considered. The employee must be self-driven, outcomes oriented, and able to demonstrate quality work within a fast paced environment, so as to meet productivity as it aligns with our stewardship value. A good candidate is also someone who has optimal time management skills, is highly collaborative and able to see the "big picture". Strong inter-disciplinary communication is required and familiarity with EPIC is preferred (for electronic medical records).
