You'll work with a manageable caseload of 32 students, providing vital services that foster growth, independence, and participation in the school setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering targeted occupational therapy interventions to elementary-aged students with a variety of needs Collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow therapists to develop IEP goals and effective support plans Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate records in line with school and state requirements Educating and advising staff and family members regarding strategies to promote student success in the classroom Participating in IEP meetings to advocate for accommodations and support services To be successful in this position, candidates should possess: A valid Occupational Therapist license for Washington state (WA OT License) ESA certification Fingerprinting completed through OSPI Prior experience working in a school setting is strongly preferred The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, staff, and families Flexibility, organization, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Dedication to supporting student independence and participation Take the next step in your career while making a lasting difference in children's lives.
