Key Qualifications:

Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required Experience delivering OT services in school environments is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and educational teams Dedication to fostering growth in elementary-aged students

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to an assigned caseload of 42 elementary students, adapting interventions to address their unique needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments and participate in the multidisciplinary evaluation process Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success across academic and functional settings Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and insights to shape student-centered goals

Position Details:
