In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide services aligned with each student's educational goals. • Key Responsibilities
• + Perform comprehensive student evaluations + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans + Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with plans of care + Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams + Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
• Minimum Requirements
• + Active
• Occupational Therapist license
• in the state of practice + Minimum of
• 1 year of professional OT experience preferred
• + Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice + Current
• CPR certification
• (if applicable) + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required) + Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements) + Must meet all
• federal, state, and local compliance requirements
• + Must be
• 18 years of age or older
