Monday
  • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM 40 hours per week 30 units per week
Requirements:
Home Health experience required HCHB experience desired No call or weekends
Qualifications:
HCHB & Home Health experience required
Skills:
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Required Proof of current CPR certification
  • Required Current driver's license
  • Required Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Required Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Required
HCHB EMR
preferred
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
