We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct services such as physical therapy, therapeutic activities, and adaptive equipment training. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans to help them reach their goals. Implement interventions to help patients improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the treatment plan. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Provide guidance on how to use adaptive equipment and other assistive devices. Assist patients in developing the skills necessary for daily living activities.
