Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license for Washington State Experience providing school-based OT services preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong communication and documentation skills Compassion and adaptability when addressing students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions targeting students from kindergarten through 12th grade Complete thorough assessments and develop treatment plans based on IEP goals Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district policies Consult with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom environments and daily routines Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to support student success
