- Local or Travel 13 weeks Mon
- Fri, 8am
- 5pm, 40 hours per week. No on call or weekends 28 units per week Puyallup Coverage area Possible float to Tacoma No guarantee, FT available Home Health Experience and Home Care Home Base highly desired Skills Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Required Proof of current CPR certification
- Required Current driver's license
- Required Reliable transportation and insurance
- Required Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Required Education Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
