None Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility in Puyallup, WA . This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend rotation . The Occupational Therapist will provide quality therapy services to help residents improve their functional independence, mobility, and ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy services based on residents' needs and goals. Help residents improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills. Monitor and document patient progress accurately. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team. Educate residents and families on therapy programs and safe practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow facility policies and applicable professional standards. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Current and active Washington State Occupational Therapist license . Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
