Category Therapy - Skilled - OT Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting student success through expert therapy services. This contract role offers the chance to create real impact at two vibrant educational settings, working with a diverse caseload of approximately 41 students. Your week will be balanced, spending three days at one school and two days at another, fostering connections and delivering top-notch interventions directly on site (virtual candidates will not be considered).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Occupational Therapy license required Previous experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings strongly preferred Demonstrated skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Comfort developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Effective communicator with students, staff, and families Adaptable, organized, and compassionate in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessments and individualized treatment for students with a variety of needs Develop goal-oriented therapy plans to enhance students' participation and functional independence within the school environment Document progress, maintain accurate records, and deliver reports as needed Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service personnel Lead small group and 1:1 interventions supporting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
