This role is ideal for an OT passionate about making a difference in students lives, seeking a flexible contract engagement with an onsite-only schedule close to Renton, WA. Youll provide direct services across a varied caseload, collaborating within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Previous experience in school-based OT services strongly preferred Ability to work with a diverse K-12 student population across a range of needs Strong communication skills and a team-centered approach Capable of maintaining thorough documentation and participating in IEP meetings

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students, supporting academic achievement and functional independence Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes and reports for IEPs Participate in evaluations, data collection, and team meetings as needed
