Two roles are available:

Desired Background & Skills:

Active OSPI certification/licensure required Demonstrated experience in schools as an OT Strong knowledge of IEP development and compliance Skilled in school-based special education evaluations Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and manage a comprehensive caseload in partnership with school staff Lead and participate in special education evaluations, reevaluations, and IEP meetings Design, implement, and adjust individualized OT services, including setting appropriate goals, accommodations, and supports Deliver therapy and consultation for students in both general and special education settings Collaborate extensively with teachers, paraeducators, families, and support personnel to maximize student success Adapt materials, equipment, and classroom activities for diverse student needs Maintain accurate records, evaluation reports, and required documentation in a timely manner Analyze student progress data and adapt interventions accordingly Engage in staff meetings and school-based professional development activities Both positions offer the unique chance to contribute meaningfully to students educational journeys, working alongside passionate professionals in a vibrant school setting.
