Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials (or eligibility for licensure in the state) Experience working in school settings is highly valued Proficient with assessment tools, IEP development, and therapeutic interventions Skilled in communicating effectively with students, teachers, and families Strong time management and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping students reach their potential

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services designed to enhance students participation and performance in school activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments to determine students needs and document progress Provide targeted interventions, adaptations, and recommendations to support learning and access Educate teachers and caregivers about strategies to support students in both classroom and home environments
