9647197-98290 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist within a vibrant school setting near the Snohomish, WA area. This role offers the opportunity to provide vital services from September 3, 2026, through June 11, 2027, on a part-time basis (.5 FTE). While the precise caseload is being determined, your expertise will be instrumental across elementary and/or middle school levels, making a positive difference in student lives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working with children in educational environments Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student populations Strong organizational and communication skills Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with school staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and create individualized intervention plans Deliver therapy sessions that address fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills relevant to school activities Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEPs, and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a supportive resource for parents/guardians regarding student progress and home strategies
