Qualifications & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting, particularly with elementary students Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining ethical and evidence-based practices Must provide in-person services (no teletherapy/VOCO at this time)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Evaluate and assess students functional abilities and develop targeted treatment plans Write and monitor progress toward IEP goals, maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation Provide consultation and training to school staff and families when appropriate Complete assessments, participate in eligibility determinations, and contribute to IEP meetings Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy Perks of the
